Please read our returns and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items if:

  • the item is unused, unworn and unwashed
  • tags and original packaging are intact
  • the item is returned in resalable condition
  • the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect:

  • worn or washed items
  • opened inner wear / intimate baby wear
  • customized or personalized items
  • sale / clearance items (unless defective)
  • gift cards

3. Wrong Item / Faulty Item

if you receive:

  • a wrong item
  • damaged item
  • manufacturing defect
  • incomplete order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos
  • description of issue

We will review and resolve promptly.

4. Size Exchanges

If the requested size is available, we may offer an exchange for unworn items in original condition.

Customers are encouraged to review our Size Guide before ordering.

Return shipping charges for size exchanges may apply unless the issue was our error.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within the allowed time period
  • Provide your order number and reason
  • Wait for confirmation and instructions
  • Return the item as advised

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the situation.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged or faulty item:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

8. Color / Display Variations

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to device screens and lightning.

Minor color variation alone may not qualify as fault.
